At WoofSupps, we want to make managing your subscription as easy as possible. You have full control over your recurring orders and can cancel at any time.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription through our self-service Customer Portal:

Log In: Visit our website and log into your customer account.

Manage Subscriptions: Once logged in, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.

Cancel: Locate the active subscription you wish to end and select "Cancel Subscription."

Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.

Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy
1. Recurring Billing Authorization By signing up for a WoofSupps subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges processed prior to a valid cancellation. Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate until you cancel it through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.
2. Cancellation Deadline To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.
3. No Refunds for Processed Orders Once a renewal order has been processed and a charge has been generated, the sale is final. We cannot cancel, intercept, or refund an order once it has entered our fulfillment queue. If you cancel your subscription after a charge has been processed, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the current order.
4. Responsibility to Manage Subscription It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription settings. WoofSupps provides multiple ways to manage or cancel your account.
5. Dispute and Chargeback Policy We are committed to resolving all billing inquiries in a fair and transparent manner. By maintaining an active subscription, you agree to contact WoofSupps support to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Please be advised that WoofSupps monitors all account activity. In the event of a chargeback filed for a valid subscription renewal that was not cancelled within the required timeframe, we will submit this signed agreement, your IP address, and your billing history as evidence to your financial institution to represent our case. We reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any chargeback fees incurred from the customer.
